View the site where 675 U.S. volunteers, led by Colonel John Chivington, launched a dawn attack on a village of Cheyennes and Arapahos who were camped under the protection of the American Flag.  Over 160 Cheyenne and Arapaho were killed on Nov. 29, 1864.
